Upon request from a servicer, JCR undertakes the assessment of its servicing ability. JCR’s assessment covers not just the ability to collect and manage debt payments in a strict sense. It encompasses rather broader ability to carry out servicing function, including servicing on related securitization deals and backup servicing.

The assessment result is produced in grading, which is published only with the applicant’s consent.
