Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR) announced that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 27, 2016, it informally appointed the following 3 new directors in addition to the reelection of the current 3 directors.
The matter will be officially ratified through approval at the 31st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 17, 2016.
