JCR's Ratings Have been Adopted by Markit iTraxx Japan

JCR's ratings have been adopted anew as a constituent of Markit iTraxx Japan. Markit Group Limited ("Markit") has the license and calculates Markit iTraxx Japan (Please refer to Markit's website: http://www.markit.com for details of Markit iTraxx Japan).

Markit iTraxx Japan index is the leading credit index for CDS trading in Japan. The index renews or rolls every six months and a new series of the index is created with updated constituents. JCR's ratings are to be reflected in and after "Series 20" rolled today, September 20, 2013.

JCR assumes that JCR's high rating coverage rate of domestic issuers as well as JCR's rating accuracy was valued in determination of the adoption of JCR's ratings. JCR will continue to make efforts to improve user-friendliness for many market participants.
